I wish that you were here beside me,
Lighting up my rainy day.
That I was hugging you so tightly,
All my tears'll be blown away.
I wish that I could sing my heart out,
Without your mother close nearby.
She is always close no doubt,
To watch that you don't go awry.
I wish that I could rhyme with lasered,
To add some humour to this verse.
However it is quite a trouble,
So I'd really rather rhyme with bubble.
I wish that you were at least online,
So that I could *hugs* a you.
Instead I must ramble in rhyme,
Okay okay now I'm through.
