Hehe is a pikachu thinking about clouds!!!
Hehe...that wouldn't be a pikachu without its tail i know xD but meh :) pikachu ish lovely.
As for the japanese, it just says Pika Pika Pika over and over again cos it looks pretty :D (I think it does anyways =P).
This is in black and white...and I'm not going to colour because I lame at colouring. If anyone decides they want to colour this in then feel free :D please credit me though if you do though hehe *pokes any art stealers*

And yes, that IS a RECTANGULAR thought bubble. Because A5 paper is rectangular. If it was any triangular it wouldve been a triangular one. If you want to give me trianglular paper then feel free :D.
Hmm...oh yeah hehe xD full view please! Otherwise you can't spot the lil emo cloud in the corner XD.
